I have a requirement where i am in need to run rule (Switch View) after a delay of 10 sec after the data is submitted .
The reason for this being as Follows.
I have a Library called as AllRequest and Two other List namely Approved Jobs & Pending Jobs.
Initially when User Raise a fresh Request it is moved from AllRequest Library to Pending Jobs list using Nintex Workflow.
Initially the Manager's will land up in a Page which shows the List of all Pending jobs which needed to be approved by Manager for further process.
So once the Manager press the Accept Button a new entry is made into the AllRequest Library and this time the Status field is changed from Pending to Approved.
At the same time the Entry is also deleted from Pending Jobs List and a new entry is made into Approved Jobs List.
So the Rules being set as Follows :
1. Submit Data
2. Delete Default values that were set
3. Switch View ( This is where i face the problem).
When the View are switch , i am still seeing the Approved Job as Pending.The reason being it takes about 10 sec for the Nintex Workflow to delete the entry from Pending Job list and make a entry to Approved Jobs.But the Switch View event happens much faster than the Nintex workflow.
Thus even after Job is being Approved it still appears in the Pending Job Infopath form.
Can anyone suggest on how can i achieve it , so it doesn't create any confusion for the User and he don't see the recently approved job in the Pending List after Switching View,.
