I assume you're submitting a form to a SharePoint form library.
As far as I know the whole form technically gets submitted each time. Although you don't have to publish every single column to the library.
Why not created a 'post submitted view?
On your initial submission you have a field i.e. Form Stage rules which sets the field to 2.Submitted Successfully.
Then have a form load. When Form Stage = 2. Submitted Successfully switch to your post submitted view.
