     All,

    I've just published a field to a SharePoint 2010 library. I've existing forms in my form library.

    How can I publish, see the field data in my newly published column without opening every form?

    To get around this I'm sure I read a post here earlier.

    In SP 2010, open up your InfoPath form library in Windows Explore, Republish your form. Then open up a form from Windows Explorer. You'll be asked to Svea and update your form. This updates the missing column values.

    I did have some forms where the values didn't come through, this was more often than not because of my field was original a text field, yet I had to change the field to a date/time type. I just opened up the form, re-entered the data and all was good. Updating 12 or so I'm OK with compared to the original list of a few hundred.
