 Greetings,

I'm currently building a SharePoint InfoPath form where I need to record the dates of form entries.

The form will be filled by three separate employees - Requester, Director and Finance.

I need to record the dates when the form was filled by requester and modified by the Director and Finance.

Recording the date of the requester is the same as Created Date, but I cannot use the Modified date for Director or Finance.

 Personally I'd have separate fields which are set on a submit/save button

i.e.

RequestorName,RequestorDate,RequestorTime

DirectorName,DirectorDate,DirectorTime

FinanceName,FinanceDate,FinanceTime

The date and time stamp you can set using now() etc.

The Name you can use username() default value or the getuserprofileservice.
