I have designed several forms that have their data source(main/secondary) mapped to an Access db on a network share (workgroup). I have publish the forms to a folder located in the same share as the db. I created these forms under the logon id "sam". When i test the published forms they work perfectly (can receive,update and submit). The problem is when i login using a different id on the same pc i get this message when the form tries to open:
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: qryChairFY ' Secondary source
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
InfoPath cannot connect to the data source.
Access is denied.
Access is denied.
The users have Full Control access rights to the share and the folder the forms are in.
My goal once i solve this issue is to publish these forms in an Active Directory environment. The workgroup environment is my test-bed
In the week I have taken to teach myself this program I have obviously missed a step.
