This what I thought but I wanted the opinions of others more experienced in InfoPath than I.
wilkies0106aw: Do they need to form to be live or is it just to look at?
It is needed to compile a presentation for upper management, so it does not need to be live.
wilkies0106aw: I'm not sure if it is possible, but you could in PP go Insert Object>Create from file.
I'll play around with that and see what happens.
wilkies0106aw:I often do this from Excel and I import written instructions from Word and create an instructions sheet in word. Yet be careful, I only every seem to be able to import the 1st page only.
My initial thoughts for this were for the user go into the actual SP List that stores the information saved in InfoPath, export it to spreadsheet, then import spreadsheet to PowerPoint. The user thought that would be too many steps so I suggested screen shots.
