 Hi,

I have created a search function in SharePoint, where it querys a sp list, and I have a button which performs a query and shows the results in a repeating table.

What I now need is to add a check box to each result in the repeating table... which I have done..

But I need to be able to store the results in a separate textbox

Eg. if the results return

FirstName : John

FirstName : Bob

First Name : Chris

 and the user selects John and Bob from a checkbox, I need the selected results from the check box to appear in a separate text field as a concatentation.

E.g John Bob

Can someone help me please?

I'm curious: did you add the checkbox to the secondary data source (the list data)? Or did you copy the data from the secondary data source to the main data source and add the checkbox there?

I'm attaching a simple example of what you could try. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that!.. I can use rules to set the field to match that of the inserted value.
