use qRules to add several rows to SharePoint list

I have an InfoPath form that contains a repeating table as well as some static fields. For each row of the repeating table, I want to create a row in a SharePoint list that contains the data from that repeating table row and also contains the static data. Can this be done with qRules, or with a combination of qRules and other techniques? Code is fine if needed; looking for the most efficient approach.

Hi - qRules absolutely can do this. The trick is when you map the data outside of the repeating group you'll need to enter the relative XPath to the node you want to map - attaching a screenshot of my form schema and my mapping.
