    Control on Multiple checkboxes

    Hi everyone,

I'm coming to you to know if there is some way to make control over a group of checkboxes.

For example, I've created a group named "Languages" with 5 fields (UK, FR, SP, IT, GER) which are binded to 5 checkboxes.
I would like to be able to check wether at least one checkbox is checked with one test (something like "no checkbox in language is checked"). I tried to do it via the InfoPath condition editor, but I am a bit lost.

For now, the only thing I am able to do, is to check one by one if checkbox is False or to use hidden fields with sum of fields.

    Thank you in advance.

EDIT : my form is enabled to be webable :)

Just to let you know how I proceed. I didn't want to make that but the 'for yesterday' situation forced me to do so :

    - I've created a textbox wich is updated each time one of my checkboxes are checked (0 or 1 with help of the count function).
    - I don't display the textbox, obviously.

It's a bit dirt but it works.

Does anyone know if there is a simpler solution ?

    Many thanks :)

    Hi:

I've attached a sample that uses conditional formatting to show / hide some expression boxes based on checkbox selection. To try it, right click the link in the post header, and save the template locally. Right click the saved template and select Design to open in design mode. Preview to see the functionality. Conditional formatting is on the expression boxes.

EDIT: Gee, I re-read your post, and you had already tried this approach but were looking for a more 'one step' approach. In fact, the approach you came up with in your second post is probably about as simple as this can be made. :)
