Hello

I have a web based browser form with a repeating table based on data within the same form.  We are presenting the data and validating an entered number against a number in the row, however it seems that the validation is initially doing the entered number against the number in the previous row.

EG

 Validation: Entered Number must be less than or equal to field number

 row    Entered Number   Field Number  

  1              7                             7                              Validation Error

  2              1                             3                               No Error

  3              4                             4                              Validation Error

  4              1                             1                               No Error.

How do I ensure validation only works on the same row of data?

I imagine that your condition might be my:field1 <= my:field2.

Instead try this:

current()/my:field1 <= current()/my:field2

I'm attaching a sample XSN that you can download, open in design mode, and see how I've implemented this.
