I am creating an infopath form for HR. I would like the user to enter the employees name in the People Picker field and then have the rest of the fields populate based on this field. I am using a data connection /_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx. I know how to populat fields based on the current user but I'm not sure how to make the switch from populating based on another field. I even tried with just a regular text field. I have found blogs describing this using a button but I would rather have the change occur after a field has value.
Can anyone give me one step by step example?
