Autopopulate IP2010 Form fields using SP2010 Custom List Data (?)

I am trying to have an InfoPath auto populates multiple selection fields- with the possible responses depending on who is
filling out the form. The responses are specific to the individual filling out the form, which is why the possible answers
need to come from an external source.  Basically, they select which Network they are working for, which then should
populate a selection dropdown menu with their names (along with the others that fall within that Network – max 3).
Since each of them are assigned specific facilities, the responses to the questions will depend on who is filling out the form.
All the information is stored in a SharePoint custom list. For example, when filling out the form I would like the person to:

    1. Select which facility they work at.
    2. Based upon the facility selection, a list of names will populate (max 3)- They select themselves from the list.
    3. Based on selecting their own name, I would like the rest of the questions to have a multiple select box populate with the
    departments they are responsible for.

Is this possible with SP2010 and IP2010? Thank you for your help.

    -David
