Form with data connection that submits to Email outside of domain help

I'am trying to figure out how to have a form when the submit button is clicked the sends the form data with its template to an outside of the domain email address so they can fill out there section and have it submit back to us.

Little more detail incase its needed. The forum has 3 views for the 3 different stages.
1st) We fill out a couple fields and choose from a drop down which business to have the form sent to. The name on the form uses a data connection to automatically fill out who is submitting the form. When submit is press it publishes the form to a sharepoint library and also sends the email which ever was chosen in the drop down box.

2nd) The business takes which is now the 2nd view of the form which shows almost everything from the 1st view but some sections. They fill out the information depending on what was filled out in the 1st stage. So they have to be able to see the data that was filled out in the 1st part. This is also the email account that is outside of the domain. They hit the submit button which then send the email back to us.

3rd) The final view of the forum shows everything that was put in the form in the 1st 2 views allowing them to review everything and then hit submit which sends it to the sharepoint library and overwrites the original.

Now i'am stuck in section 2 of the business being able to open the form. It sends an xml but not the form templates so if they try to open it , it points back to our Sharepoint server. Trying to figure out how to get them the template or always have it send the template with the data for them to be able to open. I tried restricted Security setting which blocked all of our data connections that i had set up.

Using infopath 2007 and sharepoint 3.0. I'am also very new to sharepoint this is actually the 1st form i decide to work on and start learning from, so any link or details on how the resolution works would be great to.

    Thanks for any help.

Re: Form with data connection that submits to Email outside of domain help

I found this video actually posted on Qdabra youtube channel and it looks like it does what I want to do. But I tried it and it wont work for me, i can open the form but when i try and actually follow the correct form process it tries to look either on the sharepoint or the location the template was create. This is from the external computer I'am using for testing. I notice through out the video she does not publish the form at all could this be causing the issue?
