    Is it Possible to Create

My dream form is to have one main form that can be filled completely out based on information given, then broke up to 3 seperate forms after being submitted. Is this possible or am I dreaming of to complex form?

Example: > Form A has informtion containing B-C-D giving by person 1 then submit.

                     > From B is open if = to person 2 information from form A is present.

                     > From C-D is open if = to person 3 information from form A present.

                     > Or 3 submit buttons that creats the 3 new forms that carries over the Form A's infromation.

Any of this possilbe or any suggestions would be much helpful.

    Hi LDavis,

It is possible to hide sections when submitting a form. The trick you would need to perform here is to have an identifier for the person you are sending the form to, and that would depend on how you are submitting your form. Using an identifier, set some conditional rules to hide and show these sections. I am attaching a sample form for reference.

Would it be multible usable by more than one person at a time?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. But if you were pertaining to a group of people viewing the form, lets say the sales department or IT department, yes it is possible. You just have to identify the users by department. But that would require having a list which will enable you to segregate the users viewing the form.

I have found that one form can not be edit by mutlible users at the same time. That is why I want a start form that will break up to other forms in order to be edit with out conflict or lossing information.

Thank you for the additional information. The problem here is the form's GUID (Globally Unique Identifier). A quick workaround you can perform is to submit the form three times (per department), and generate a new GUID each time the form is submitted. If you are submitting the form to a SharePoint Library, that would be the file name at the data connection (see image below):

You will need to create a hidden field to generate the file name for this approach and select that field at the data connection.

This will enable three users (per department) to view the form simultaneously, since technically, there are three forms now.

I hope the information above helps clarify some of the scenarios.
