Promote InfoPath 2010 Multi-Line Text to SharePoint Multi-Line Site Column

I would really appreciate any help on this matter as time is key.  I have a form that was created in InfoPath 2010 in which I promote many items within the form to SharePoint 2010 site columns and site content types.  I now am trying to promote an InfoPath text field with multiple lines to a SharePoint site column.  I have tried using InfoPath text fields as well as Rich text fields and I can not get it to promote more than 256 characters to SharePoint.  I have manually created Multiple Line Site Columns in SharePoint and pointed to them when publishing my form and nothing comes over to SharePoint.  I have also allowed InfoPath to create a new site column for me in SharePoint (which is only a single line text field aka only 256 characters allowed) and that works fine.  I have then gone in an modified the property promotion to go to my manually created multiple line site column in SharePoint and Infopath still only promotes to the single line site column that it created.  InfoPath indicates that it is being promoted to my multiple line site column, however when I compare the manifests from both versions of my InfoPath form the site column titles that it is promoting to are correct but they are using the exact same Column ID.

Is there some limitation that is being set at my server or in central administration?  I don't have direct access to those, however I could if this could be the issue.

I have been trying to get this to work for days, so if anyone has any suggestions or has seen this before, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.  Thank You, Thank You!!

    Scott
