I am able to get the repeating table Varible i need with the following code. I ll add a null handler just in case later

XPathNavigator site = e.Site;
            site.MoveToParent();
            string rowNumber = site.SelectSingleNode("my:Targeting_Iteration_Recurrence_Requirement_Count", NamespaceManager).Value;
            int Rowid = Convert.ToInt32(rowNumber); 

I am stuck on how to use it in the XPAth String.

my:Targeting_REQ[Rowid]

in debug mode I can just put the numbers in the [ ]  and it works perfectly 

my:Targeting_REQ[1]

Here is the fill Lines of the the get value. 

"/my:myFields/my:Section_D_Target_Pop_Req/my:Sub-Section_D6_Output_File_Requirements/my:Preset_Frequency_GRP/my:Recurrence_Frequency/my:Preset_Frequency/my:Targeting_REQ[Rowid]/my:Targeting_Iteration_Recurrence_Additional_File_Layout_Fields"

Any help would be appricated 

I'd think in your code, you'd use the Rowid variable like this:

"/my:myFields/my:Section_D_Target_Pop_Req/my:Sub-Section_D6_Output_File_Requirements/my:Preset_Frequency_GRP/my:Recurrence_Frequency/my:Preset_Frequency/my:Targeting_REQ[" + RowId + "]/my:Targeting_Iteration_Recurrence_Additional_File_Layout_Fields"
