when I use owssvr.dll to retrieve data from a document library I get an xml file with all the columns I need but when I try to use this with a workflow task list I do not get all the columns in the xml file. I do not see modified, modified by columns. why is this? can you use owssvr.dll to retrieve all columns in a task list that were created in a workflow?

I believe that there is a query parameter Query for owssvr.dll, and that if you use Query=* (that's an asterisk), owssvr.dll will return all available columns.  Could you give that a try?
