You have an initial form which is emailed to somebody, person B., Person B opens the form up and adds some comments and submits it back to Person A (sender), A adds more comments, then sends it back to B, this can go on and on and on. Eventually Person B gets to sign off (approve) the form.
How can you do this email "looping" or back and forth with a simple OOTB workflow?
I have thought you could have a comment status field which adds +1 each on "comment submit". Then when Person B, presses "Approve" it goes to comment 50 or something like that. The only issue I can see is I'd have to write a statement for each comment value i.e. 49, This also assumes Person A or B, doesn't have an after thought and adds two comments in quick succession. I'm not sure if alerts on the list might be able to help?
