sandboxed vs administrator-approved (forms with code)

Reading this article, one thing that isn't clear is Recommended Use when using code.

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee526360.aspx

sandboxed = Forms that only require a small amount of code.
administrator-approved = Forms that contain many lines of code.

Any clue what a small amount of code is?

    1,000 lines
    10,000 lines
    ?

    Publishing wizard will tell you

If the result does not depend on algorithm, then it is science. If it depends, then it is accounting (or art).

Microsoft tools are art and we are artists.
