 Atm I have attached a list of countries that users can access from a saved file.ie. Get choices from an external data source. Wondering how I can attach this list to the "Enter choices manually" so all the data is contained within the form as external users wont be able access the data.

is there an easy way to do this without each individually? Thanks Roly  

So - is the list currently in an XML file? If so, you can add that as a resource file to your form & use that as your external data source. I prefer that to hardcoded options, I think it is easier to just export, update, and import my XML. Plus, for some things, it is nice to have an XML you can re-use in different forms. :)
