You mean HTML table in an aspx web page and repeating section in Infopath form?

Just create and publish an Infopath form with repeating table.

Create in a web browser or navigate to any existing web part ASPX page in your Sharepoint site, in edit mode create an a table and insert into it the created and published the Infopath form as a web part.

Probably you should understand that Infopath templates (XSN) and data forms (XML) (created by Infopath Designer) are XML based. They contain XML data for generating forms in different formats one of which is HTML by external tools and services.

Infopath Designer is fancy XML  visual editor/designer but not web pages, web app or HTML tool/editor/designer. It does not create or use HTML or HTML controls. Richtext list box uses XHTML
