    Infopath creating office communicator messages

    Hello everyone,

I am building a sharepoint communication process and have 2 issues.

     1) I currently have hyperlinks in which my users can click and they use a SIP to open office communicator so they may begin a communicator session. Is it possible to also create text that will populate in office communicator and the user will just have to click enter to send?

    2) I have two document libraries that I publish between. My new infopath form I am creating publishes to the first form library and the "test" form library as I intended it to, however the data fields don't populate to the old library, and I'm guessing that is because I moved data fields around in folders to organize them. Is there any fix for this other than publishing this new form to the old library?

     Thanks in advance.

    1) AFAIK, there isn't a way to creating office communicator or lync messages using InfoPath

    2) You can try using a content type, so that you only have to publish to the content type once and then it will propagate to both libraries.  Otherwise, publishing the new form to the old library is a quick solution as well.
