Confirm all employees have completed a form

    All,

I have to send out a form via a link to a web part page to all users. - Easy enough with an email group.

The only place I currently have to look for a complete list of users is AD. Can't even get one from HR.

    1. How can I import/view a list (will need to be filtered to remove junk accounts i.e. admin/test or add new starters) of all current users? BCS?

    2. Marry up against a started form - AD Name against user profile service display name?

    3. Hide completed forms? - form status?

I need a way of knowing who has not started or finished a form by a certain date - Hence the need to look at AD (I think).

     Thanks

    W

Well I've had to do the following:

A manual export from a SQL database to get my employeenames. This seems my most reliable place to get a full list of uses.

Copy all the usernames into a list (EmployeeNameList) within the site.

This list has extra columns 1.form status and 2.link to form.

My infopath form library has a workflow attached  which updates the 2 extra fields in the EmployeeNameList using the employee name field on my infopath form against the employee name on the employeenamelist.

It does unfortunately mean the original employee list exports are one time only events.
