The problem:
Using a hyperlink from a page to open a form with forms services works fine. The source attribute has been set to redirect to the page it was opened from. In IE I don't seem to have any issues. In Firefox, after closing the form, next time I use the hyperlink to open the form, I get the form has been closed error. It doesn't mattewr whether I just opened and closed immediately (no prompt) or submitted the form then closed it.
Now, if I have 3 hyperlinks on a page, all identical, I only get the issue with the link that I have already used.
So, if I use link1, open the form, then close the form. When I use that link again, I get form has been closed. But if I use link 2, it's fine (exactly the same href) until I close the form. The the same issue occurs. So I move on to link 3 etc ect...
Can anybody help me to undersrtand what's going on here and how to get around it?
