Hi all, I have created one approver list in sharepoint with field name Approver(Data Type Person or Group). I have assigned few users in that field. Now when someuser open the infopath form, i want to check that whether this user is present or in that list I mean how can we query the user from infopath with sharepoint person or group field. Please somebody help me.

You should be able to use the function userName() and compare that to all instances of accountid in the people picker field.  That should determine whether or not the current user is an approver or not. Hope this helps!
