Send Form Button is Grayed Out & Forward Option Doesn't Work

I have a user who has 2 weird problems...one may be an Outlook 2010 issue but I'm not sure. In our environment we're using Office 2010 which of course means InfoPath 2010. Here are the two problems: 1. When the user opens the InfoPath template for creating say a purchase request InfoPath form, which they access this from a shared folder on our network they are able to use the File --> Save & Send --> Send Form (Sending Using E-mail) to send this via Outlook 2010. The problem is when they receive a form from any other user the "Send Form" button is grayed out. They cannot use this function if they wish to send the form back to the original sender or another user for that matter. 2. When they receive a form via Outlook and open it up, it opens within the body of the message which is what we want to happen. The user then tries to "Forward" the e-mail with the form to someone else and gets a pop-up error saying "Operation Failed". Through research online, I found one post where this happened when the "Reading Pane" in Outlook was turned off. When I turn on the "Reading Pane", it works fine. It only fails and gives this error message when the "Reading Pane" is turned off which is how this user uses Outlook 2010. Even with the "Reading Pane" turned on and the forward option working, the "Send Form" option is still grayed out. Back when we were using InfoPath 2003 and 2007 along with Outlook 2007, there was a similar issue and a registry edit fixed this but I can't seem to find this for a solution to this InfoPath 2010 problem and I'm hoping that fix from previous versions can fix our problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2010 and it didn't work, the problem still exists. I'm using Outlook 2010 and InfoPath 2010 along with the rest of our company and no one is having this problem but this one user. By default, Outlook is enabled to use InfoPath forms and I double-checked and this setting is enabled on this user's Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you!
