There may be an activex control out there somewhere that does this, but otherwise I'm not aware of one. Definitely not a way out of the box.
You may consider using webparts though. There is the InfoPath Form web part and the Visio web part which you can make talk to each other using part to part connections. Perhaps something to look into for your scenario. Good luck!
