Retrieving from multiple lists to populate repeating section

i am creating a business process that includes 2 forms, Form 1 creates the plan for the year and populates several SharePoint lists in a 1 to many hierarchy. The Plan can have one or more measurements.

In form 2, i want to select a Plan and have a repeating section for each of the Measurements and within the repeating section, have a repeating table so that the users can enter data for each Quarter in the year,

I have rule to I run a querty to get the measurements, but the repeating section on shows the 1st measurem, how do I get my repeating section to fill up with the correct number of Measurements?

    TIA

I think you'll need to use a combination of commands - first, an Insert command to create the correct number of "measurement" groups in your main data source - then some form logic to copy the correct values in. Here's a document that may help you.

Thanks this looks like it will help me get going. To use this approach is it necessary to have the sub-sub groups? is there some benefit to having them, i.e., why does the contact group in this example have subgroups for Name and Work?
