Design an InfoPath 2010 form to query and submit data to SQL Server 2008 database

I am new to InfoPath and not a developer. I need help (possibly step by step) on how to design a form that can query data based on 3 tables in an SQL Server 2008 database. The tables have unique primary keys and can be connected using secondary keys. Table1(list of servers) is the main table and the other 2 are linked to it in a one-to-main relationship. I would like to query table 1 and if data exists, it will populate the form with information from both Table 1. If data does not exist, then it should open a blank form to input new data and submit to the database. The other requirement is that if data exists when I query Table 1, then I will have a detail button that when clicked will populate a repeating form with information from both Tables 2 (servers and applications running on them) and Table 3 (applications and their owners). I will also like like to query Table 3 for a application name and its owner. This form will be published to a SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 sites. My research on the internet and several forums require that I create REST web service. I am not a developer and so cannot do this. I hope there is way to resolve this with no code!!

    Thanks for any help

You should look into DBXL's QueryDB web service.  Its easy to use, requires no custom code, and sounds like it would satisfy your scenario.  Here is a link for more info and to download a trial version: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/DBXL.aspx

     Anson,

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I will prefer out of the box solution due to budget constraints.

    Thanks,
