infopath crashes after touching a control

Hi. After reading a lot of posts here and getting a lot of sloutions and ideas how to improve our infopath forms i just want to thank you all.

But now is the time where i am stucking with a big problem and found nowhere a solution.

We are using our infopath forms on different tablets/slates.Now we are trying out how the Samsung Slate 7 will perform in our environment.

Long story short,  if we use our form on that slate, infopath crashes when touching any control in a form with  a finger. The funny thing is, this only happens, when starting infopath in inkmode.

If you disable inkmode from the beginning, eveything just runs fine and you can use any controls with the finger.but you are  not able to write directly into the textboxes via pen.

If you enable inkmode from the beginning and just use the form with the digitizer (without touching anything) everything runs fine aswell. This problem is not form specific. i have just created a blank form with just one button within, and it just hapoens there too.

Perhaps anyone else has an idea how to solve it.

Fresh installation of office/infopath was not a solution neither  a fresh installation of w7.

But while searching for the cause, we found a solution to another infopath problem we had.

When entering data into texboxes via handwriting the first strikes allways disappeared. We never knew what was causing it it. But now we  know :) Uninstall IE9 and install IE8 and no strike of the pen dissapears anymore.

    Kind regards.
