InfoPath Dev

Hi Guys,

I have created a Infopath form using Infopath 2003 (Includes a secondary data connection to populate some text boxes); and then published it as a Form template to Sharepoint 2007. The Users also have Infopath 2003 installed on their machines and they usually go to sharepoint site and click New form, fill out and save it back to the Form Library. Everything was Ok, but then i edited the form template and republished it back. I created some forms(.xml) and saved back to sharepoint. I am able to open it fine but When my user is trying to open the same form, she gets the following error?

" This form was created using a new version of form template. Infopath Cannot find the new version. Do you want to open with the older version"

When clicked on "Yes", It throws another error: that the Infopath form contains schema validation errors. If clicked on "NO" nothing happens.

First make sure the latest version is published to SharePoint.

Then have them clear the cache on their computers. 

Open InfoPath and you should get a window with recently used forms, etc. Highlight the template in question and over on the right task list use the Remove this form selection.  Then try reopening the form and it should go out and get the latest version.

Clay, I'm having a similar problem. Which cache on their computer needs to be cleared? how is this done?

To clear the cache is what I described.

Open InfoPath and you should get a window with recently used forms, etc. Highlight the template in question and over on the right task list use the Remove this form selection.  Then try reopening the form and it should go out and get the latest version.
