error when customer submits a filled in form on sharepoint site

     Hi guys,

I am haveing serious difficulty - a month now - with my infopath forms on our sharepoint intranet. The forms are uploaded and published to the 2007 Sharepoint Server without any hassle. The forms are also 2007 infopath. Now the errror occurs when our customers fills in a form and submits it they get an error - Form Can not be submitted because of an error -.

These forms have been working since last year October and they all failed at the same time a mont ago. Our server have been moved - a virtual server -, or rather coppied to another location at almost the same time. Could this be the cause of the error? And can it be fixed.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I don't think there's enough information yet to know what the problem is or how to fix it. Have you checked the server eventviewer or the Sharepoint logs for any additional information on the error? Does your form submit to a web service, to a database? Does it use UDC files? I would definitely check the Data Connections to see if they are all pointing to the correct location. Also, before submitting, I would check if there are any required, blank fields.

Hope this helps you troubleshoot the issue. Good luck.
