Hi!, I'm too much of a newbie here, but I'm afraid I'm just too lost.
Short Story: Is there some way to export the data received by e-mail to excel, filtered (or to be filtered)
in different sections to do an statistical analysis of the data?.
Long Story: I work at a Behavior Clinical Veterinary, we have right now the "usual" profile sheet of all
dogs and cats we attend. (The sheet includes some "check box" sections as Sex: M / F, Species: Canine / Feline,
and other patient data related to its historical record.
I haven't created an infopath questionary/form yet because there is a large number of profile sheets
to "transform" and I'm too much afraid that they will become useless.
Now, *IF* I create the profile sheet in Infopath, and I collect the data via e-mail,
should I be able to export those data into excel so I can workaround a 2x2 table
to analyse the data (Xi square, Cohen's kappa and others)?
In the sense of:
"Tell me how many canine females with a range of age of X are in the data"
"Tell me how many canine males with a range of age of X are in the data"
I kinda guess the "hardcore" statistycal analysis must/should be done in excel,
but... should I be able to "GET" the right data with forms created with infopath to do it?
If not... anyone here could (sorry) point me out to what should I use to do that?. =(
I'm sorry if this is not the right place to ask, but as I said... I'm kinda lost.
