Change Field Value When User Switch View

I have three views of my info path form, named View A, View B, and View C.  and drop down list on each view called Request Type - which can be A, or B or C.

When a user manually switch to View B, I need a way to set the Request Type to B. and vice versa.

Please how do I do this without code. if you have any suggestion on how to implement this solution. Please let me know

There isn't an out of the box method that find out what view you are currently on.  The best way is to manage yourself what the current view is by using buttons to switch views and then setting a current view variable.  You'll also have to disable displaying the views dropdown in the ribbon/toolbar for this method to work.

Alternatively, qRules provides a no code solution that will tell you the current view very easily.
