Using InfoPath form Template in dotNet WindowsForm Application

Application (Say Windows Forms) which will take the excel sheet and the XML template of InfoPath Form as input and will create one xml per row in excel sheet and will upload to share point. Once this process is complete in the share point it will look like that many users have submitted their data using info path & share point.

Can anybody please help out with this.?

We sell a tool that does this. If you want to build your own - you should be able to load the Excel data as a datatable or dataset, I'd imagine, then loop through it to create your XML files. HTTP Put could be used to upload the files to SharePoint, and you'll want to be sure to include the InfoPath processing instructions in that XML.
