There are 6 views of the forms. We wants that the views should get filtered as per department. i.e the form of particular department should not be visible or accessible to people of other department.

Could you elaborate a little more on your scenario?  It sounds like you would like to utilize user roles in some way to specify which views you would like display in your form.  You can create navigation buttons on the form to switch to different view based on a predetermined set of rules.
