Hi All,

 dears I've tow questions need your help in it.

First thing,
I created new form to be published in our organization sharepoint 2010.
We have three sections in the organization the form should transfer throught it, what is the best way
I can mange the form with it to goes to all the sections and to ensure that the form is
submitted by the responsible person.

Second,
I created drop down list bund to another list I would like to do filter control on it,
for example there is a field called Section that contains the organization sections such as
IT, Business and so on I would like if the user choose IT the Division field will show
only the IT divisions.

Here is a link to an exercise/demo that I think would work for what you are trying to do on your second question there.  It should be pretty easy and works well as long as you are not working with too much data.  Hope it helps and good luck to you,
