Infopath form services

Currently using MOSS, planning upgrade to SharePoint 2010.

I am trying to figure out if I need Enterprise or if I can get away with Standard.

Standard does not include InfoPath form Services. Will this affect my form libraries that use infopath templates?

Basically will I still be able to use InfoPath if we don't purchase Enterprise license?

I am not currently using them, they just open with Infopath.

So I guess I'll be in good shape.
