Infopath isn't going to work for my company, I will try Microsoft Access. I like the form I've created, can I use it in Access?

I dont mean having users fill out the form in InfoPath and the information being gathered in an access database, rather, I am wondering if I am able to create a form in Access and use my InfoPath form as a template. It'll save me much work and learning Access? Is there a plugin or something that will allow me to do that? Let me know if I am not making sense, thanks.
