Hi forum people

 I hope you can help me/point me in the right direction.  I'm having trouble getting a form to generate from 2 lists on sharepoint WSS3 (infopath 2010)

I have a list of rooms that I would like to be split into 3 different tables (per building i.e. Unit 1/2/3) 

My data sources are two sharepoint lists. "Room List" with a lookup field on UnitNo, and UnitNo.

I can get either 1 big repeating table to work or get 3 repeating sections but no tables...

I dont know where to start

Can't you create three instances of the "big repeating table" that works, and just filter each instance to show only a particular unit?

The filter data button that would normally be on a repeating table properties isn't there.  I'm not sure why this disappears when the repeating table is created from the data connection.

Any idea how you can re-order the columns?

Can you just use conditional formatting?

To reorder the columns in your table, you can either do it manually (moving the controls from one column to another) or right click the table and select Change Binding - leave the first dialog alone (it binds the table to the repeating group) but in the second, you can choose which columns to show, re-order, etc.
