Hi
I have a form whcih sets the default value of a people picker based on the selections made in 2 other drop down boxes connected to a Custom SharePoint List.
The List has 3 colums as follows:
Region - Single Line Of Text
Department - Single Line Of Text
Department Manager - Person
In the form the selection is configured as a cascading drop down list in where you first select Region, then based on region the available Departments will be filtered down, finally when selecting the department the people picker in the form should be populated with the department manager with the same ID in the list as the department selected. Now here comes the fun part, when previewing this form directly from InfoPath 2010 desinger it works perfectly, however when the form is published as an Administrator Approved form and I test it in the Live system the Department Manager field will not populate !!
Can anyone advise me why this is happening as I am now starting to tear my hair out.....
