I am trying to get my report to repeat based on # of devices, in this case valves, and along with that device I would also like to repeat some ancillary devices, with all these devices grouped by 'Area' . The problem I am having is the ancillary devices will not group properly. I have made a repeating section for my primary Valve and set optional sections for my ancillary within the repeating section. Is the problem just my organization, or is it not possible to group or sort easily? If at all possible I need to do this without writing code.
I am attaching my xsn file and the xml output I get after running this report to help explain what I am trying to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.
