Browser Enabled Form with SharePoint 2010

I have a browser enabled form that allows users to submit to a SharePoint 2010 library. The form submission creates an ID for the file in the library and e-mails an Active Directory group. Everything works fine, but I would like to include the ID in the e-mail and cannot find a way to do this. Since the ID is not created until the file is saved in the library, the rule that sends the e-mail cannot access this field. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I solved my own problem by downloading SharePoint Designer 2010 and creating a workflow that sends the e-mail when an item is created in this library. By using this method, you can access the ID field of the CurrentItem. I did have to remove the e-mail action from the submit option rule in my InfoPath form and re-publish.
