Data Exchange is slow in Infopath 2010 compared to 2003

Hi, I am working on a project where we were using Infopath 2003 and code behind was written in Java Script. recently, we upgraded to Infopath 2010. What, I am observing that, performance has gone down in Infopath 2010. Whenever, I try to open a form, it's taking too much time to load the xml data. can you please provide a pointer to fix this issue. I have observed following behavior : Infopath 2003 : 20 Sec to open a form Infopath 2010 : 100 Sec to open a form Thanks, Sandy

Re: Data Exchange is slow in Infopath 2010 compared to 2003

We had the same problem when we went from xp and office 2003 to win7 and office 2010.  Another element is that we use sql extensively.  In office 2010, there is much more authentication going on.  In any office that doesn't have their own domain controller, our users may not get a response fast enough when infopath goes to authenticate against the sql server and we have observed through some network tools that the PC starts trying to authenticate internally and gets in a loop, sometimes a fatal loop and the form never loads.  This never happens in a site with a domain controller.  The solution appears that we will need to put domain controllers in all sites again.  We took them out about three years ago to save money.

If someone else has found a different way of dealing with this let me know.
