Query Dataconnection Issue

I m struck with an issue while working on InfoPath and SharePoint. I have create a form to submit data on SharePoint list. Name of the form is set to Concat(Text – Autonumber). Autonumber is pulled from SharePoint ID (set to max (@ID)+1). Here is what should happens when submit button is clicked -1. Query DB to retrieve IDs2. Set Autonumber = max (@ID)+13. If Autonumber = count(@ID)=0 à Set Autonumber = 14. If Autonumber = count(@ID) à Set Autonumber = max (@ID)+15. Submit to SP list. Everything was running fine, after about 123 records entered – form stopped pulling updated IDs not sure why?? Ideally it should pick ID 124 and created a new record on SP list, instead its duplicating Record# 123. I tired republishing the form... it worked fine till Record# 153.. now after this..even re publish doesn’t work. Please please please suggest.. what might be causing the issue.
