Conditional formatting repeating table on two values?

I know you can use the "any occurence of []"  but what if I want to filter on a row based on two values?

I have 2 drop downs list boxes that contain data that may exist in the table.  I want to make sure that the table does not have a row who's 2 fields do not match the drop downs.

Basically I want a condition that will not allow a rule to run if a table row(s) contains both values of the drop-down list boxes.

I still haven't been able to work this out.  I tried putting a rule on the repeating table that if  [drop-down1 = preceding-sibling:group/field to compare] to set a checkbox, and then run my rule off of that checkbox = true.  However, I need it to reset if the drop-downs change.  Please note, the drop-downs are outside of the repeating group.

    Any suggestions?

OK, I figured out a way to make it work.  I added a text field outside of the repeating table that concatenates the two drop-downs.  I also added a field in my repeating table that concatenates the two fields I want to compare to the drop downs.  Then I have the rule only run if ALL OCCURENCES of the concat field do not match the drop down concat field.  It works.  Might not be pretty, but it works.
