Hi All, I have a form library with more than 1200 items. I have a hyperlink in the form which opens an item in a different list. I had a requirement to change the link Text so i did it and published the template to the library. But this change is not reflecting to the items that were already there however if i create a new item in the library, i see the updated text. Is it like this? I believe, if i change link text in the template it should reflect to all the items in the library. right?

Is the hyperlink using data from the form? Take a look at the XML from some of your existing forms in a text editor, so you can see what the values are that are making up the hyperlink, if so. You may need to set some open rules to take care of existing.

Thanks Alot Hilary, Yes the text was in xml. I added a rule in the form load to change the text and is working as i wanted.
