Utilize FilterOwssvr for Multiple Drop Down List Sections

I have developed a browser based InfoPath form utilziing the qrules FilterOwssvr command. The form is setup as follows.

    Field 1: Product

Field 2-1: Type   Field 3-1: Make    Field 4-1: Model

Field 2-2: Type   Field 3-2: Make    Field 4-2: Model

Field 2-3: Type   Field 3-3: Make    Field 4-3: Model

It is pulling from SharePoint list with the following columns each holding data:

    Product I Type I Make I Model

I have been able to successfully establish the filtering for the first group, with Field 2-1 displaying options based on just the selection in Field 1 and Fields 3-1 and 4-1 displaying the associated field based on the selections of both fields 1 and 2-1.

I am however running into the issue of Fields 2-2, 3-2, 4-2, etc showing the same and only options that were selected in the first group of fields. What I would like to do is have each group of fields be independent based on the selection in field 1. So field 1 will always remain the same. A user selects a Product once and only once on the form and the list of Types will available in each of the subsequent Type Fields. Again as of now, the Type that is selected in 2-1 is what shows in 3-1 and 4-1 instead of all of the available options based on the filter. Please advise.

I'm a little confused by the seond-to-last sentence about 2-1 limiting 3-1 and 4-1. It suggests that this issue is more related to your xpath and has very little to do with qRules command. Are you using an xpath with current() to correctly limit the filter based on the previous field in the same row? You say you are running into issues with 2-2, 3-2, 4-2, etc. but then you say that 2-1 is the the issue in the second-to-last sentence. that's what is confusing.

Please advise me on how I would utilize the xpath with current() to limit the filter as I am currently not doing so.
