We just started having an issue that an email was notbeing sent when a form was submitted. The form submits to a SharePoint Form library and a workflow that was designed in SharePoint Designer checks to see if a field is set to true and if so it send an email. That field is being set when the user clicks submit, but the email is not being sent. If you go into the form and click send again the email then is being sent. It is almost like the post is happening after the workflow is run. Any help would be greatly apprecaited. If you need more info please let me know. Thank you.

I had similar issues with my workflow...  so, I put a log in the workflow, so I could see what was happening.  You can do this for any step of yout workflow.

If you check the workflow in Sharepoint, what does it say when it tried to send the email?

To resolve our problem, we set a 'Pause for duration' of 1 minute before the e-mail was generated.  For some reason, it wouldn't send immeadiately (if at all)... however, after a pause it seem to send without fail.

Maybe it will work for you.
