I have a fairly simple infopath form
2 textboxes
field1 has username() function (it shows the current user using the username function)
field2 checks the field1 and enables or disables it depending on the username
field2 has formatting rule (InfoPath 2010) if field1 not equal to "system" then disable control
I Submit to the form library & publish this form (web enabled)
It works fine
I login using any user (any other user), then the field2 is disabled (ok)
Now, when I submit its fine.
Then when I login as 'system' and open the form I submitted I was expecting field2 to be enabled!
but its not
I have an Idea as to what might be happening:
The value in filed1 is not changed when I open an existing form from the library
How can I enable calculations or validations when a form is opened from a library?
Please Help
